You may do Monuments and Events outside of your team, not to exceed 2 players together at one time (Unless specified by an Admin/Event Permission). You may not share codes/TC Auth/Turret Auth with anyone not on your team. If you are part of a DUO you may only share codes/auth with your DUO, if you are SOLO you may only share codes/auth with one other SOLO. Strictly TWO players maximum to a base! Two solos are allowed to raid together. However if you are part of a duo, you may ONLY raid with your teammate!
Being a friendly server, we understand that friendships will be made. However, we require any friends to please separate themselves from each other to avoid any complications to the solo/duo limit. A minimum of 3 full grids between main bases is expected. You may NOT include yourselves into ANY Pvp situation your friends are involved in. Doing so may result in a ban for the entire friend group.
No “Cherry Picking!” Please fully loot all junk piles, crates, timed crates, air drops, etc. If you don’t want some of the loot in it, throw it on the ground. Do NOT bait other players with already unlocked/looted timed crates. Immediately loot/toss all of the loot inside of them.
Cargo Ship is excluded from this rule.
Roads are NOT PVP Zones unless otherwise stated within the Rules. Roads in front of or next to a Monument ARE PVP Zones! Roads are EXCLUDED from the "Building Block Zone'' Rule UNLESS the road is near/next to a labeled Monument or another player's Base Defense Range.
Both you and your target must be WITHIN the BUILDING BLOCK ZONE of the Monument in order to engage. If a player evades outside the Building Block; you may continue to fire while remaining inside the Building Block Zone until line of sight is lost. You cannot leave the building blocked area to chase them down.
The server will wipe on the first Thursday of the month, and maintain a 2 week wipe schedule.
On the random 5th week of a month, we will have a 1 week wipe.
BLUEPRINTS will wipe every 3 Months.
Monuments (Labeled Zones on the Map) are PVP Areas. The Underground Rail System, and Caves are PVP Areas, even though they are not labeled on the map. Safe Zones such as Outpost, Bandit Camp, Fishing Village, and Barns are NOT PVP areas. The boundaries of PVP Areas are defined by the buildable vs non-buildable areas. You can check where the true boundaries are by holding a Building Plan. If it’s Red, you are in the PVP zone. If it’s blue, you are in a safe Non-PVP zone.
There is a Raid Ban until the first Sunday after Server Wipe. This will allow players to farm freely, and build up until Raiding begins.
Raid Ban will lift at 12:00 PM (NOON) Pacific Standard Time (PST) on the FIRST SUNDAY after Server Wipe.
Bases significantly restricting access to Monuments, in Quarries, or in Caves forfeit the Raid Ban privilege, and can be raided at ANY time during a server wipe WITH admin permission. They do NOT receive protection from the Raid Ban period of a wipe.
A base is secure when a player has placed a door, lock, tool cupboard, and has upgraded all existing TWIG to WOOD/STONE/METAL/HQM. Everything must be secured, this includes windows and door frames.
The only way your base can be raided prior to raid ban lifting is if your base is not secured (no door, open windows) or parts of it are made out of twig. Other players ARE ONLY ALLOWED to break twig in order to gain entry to a base, during the raid ban. Anything locked (TC/Boxes) is considered secure and may NOT be broken during the raid ban.
You can attack anyone within 75 METERS of your base.
As a base owner, you must be WITHIN your base’s Building Privilege Range when you attack. To check meter distance, shoot at a Reactive Target, Campfire, Box, or even your Duo at various ranges to understand your limitations!
Press F1 and type ‘combatlog’ to check your distance from the target.
You can attack anyone who attempts to steal your Helicopters, Boats and Horses; if they enter the driver's seat to leave. You CANNOT use your vehicles as bait to create a Pvp situation.
Modular Cars are not to be defended, as you are able to lock them. However, if a player is actively attempting to break the cab to destroy the lock OR repeatedly ramming into your car with theirs, you are then allowed to defend your vehicle.
If you build within range of another player's base (75 METERS) - you are initiating aggression. WITH ADMIN APPROVAL, your neighbors may raid your base prior to Raid Ban lifting. They will also be allowed to take over the base if it is within range of their base (75 METERS.) Make sure your base is far enough away from others’ when choosing where to build! DO NOT build within 1 map tile of the Community Center. Doing so will result in your base’s removal. You will not be reimbursed.
Once a raid has begun (use of force to break into a base), the area (within weapons range) becomes an Active Pvp Zone. Even if you pass by a raid unwillingly, or unknowingly; you can be killed. Listen closely for raiding sounds, and avoid them if you wish to stay out of harm’s way! A raid is considered to be finished when the raiders have successfully removed their locks and re-opened the base for the owner and have obviously left the area safely. Until the raid is finished the raiders are vulnerable to counters.
Counter Raiding is Allowed!
Door Camping is NOT Allowed! You may not Door Camp a base to gain access to the base and call it “raiding.” Access to a base must be gained by force or by entering through an unsecure part of the base (twig roof, open window, etc)
You may NOT pool explosives with other teams to overwhelm your enemies defenses.
Griefing is considered walling off gates/doors from owner access, and is not allowed. Griefing will also be considered as purposely breaking items within a base out of spite. (Workbenches/Furnaces/Etc)
Intentionally despawning players loot while raiding is NOT allowed!
You may break SAMs and Turrets without intent of continuing the raid AFTER the Raid Ban ends.
You may NOT take over another player's base. You MAY place TCs and Doors/Locks during your raid for security purposes. However, AFTER you have finished your raid - you MUST return to unlock all Doors/TC! The one exception to this rule is any base within 75 METERS of yours that was also built AFTER you established your base WITH admin permission.
Bases significantly restricting access to Monuments or Quarries exclude you from this Base Take Over Rule. If you takeover a labeled Monument or Quarry - players are allowed to raid AND take over the base if they choose to WITH admin permission.
When an airdrop has left the plane; the area (within weapons range of the drop) is now considered a PVP Zone. You must engage in PVP BEFORE the Airdrop is looted. If PVP has not started, and the Airdrop is looted - you cannot engage in PVP after the fact.
Any naturally occurring airdrops that fall within the 'CC No Build Zone' are considered non-PVP. Players are NOT allowed to throw their own airdrops in this zone.
This area (within weapons range of the crash site) is considered an active PVP Zone. The crash site will continue as hostile until the helicopter crash site marker is no longer visible on the map. Please be aware of crash sites!
Underwater Labs is a Pvp Zone. 1 Grid in all directions of the center of an Underwater Lab is considered to be the Pvp boundary. Admins will mark/label the section off with 'shops' to show the Pvp zone more clearly.
Utilizing the MLRS (Abandoned Military Base's Truck 'Multiple Launch Rocket System') means you plan to raid. After using the MLRS - you MUST go to the targeted base, and continue your raid. Simply using the MLRS system without returning to the base, will be considered griefing and may result in a ban from the server.
You may ONLY place SAM sites on your main base/compound.
All UNMARKED Grids of the sea/water are Pvp zones. All parties MUST be within the Unmarked Grids to engage in Pvp.
Trap Bases are allowed!
Player Shops CANNOT be used as bait, or used as Trap Bases. We expect players to visit shops without worry of being killed. Hotels are NOT ALLOWED.
If you have a shop that is not safely accessible to the public (SAM's, Turrets, behind walls, etc.), you must include "DRONE ONLY" in the name.
All traps such as Landmines and Bear Traps must be within your Tool Cupboard Range. This also includes Barricades. Please do not litter the land with items such as these.
Bans are permanent. We will not review or revisit a ban. If we banned you, it was earned. Good riddance!
We will not reimburse players for items lost from a glitch in the game, without video proof of the incident. This includes falling through map, server disconnections, etc.
This game involves conflict; whether that's over resources, raiding, or an event. Please be aware of your antics and actions at all times. We all want a carefree, enjoyable gaming experience. Whether or not you are “being a dick” is at the admins discretion.
We prohibit names and profile pictures that are offensive in nature. An admin may ask you to change your profile name and/or picture.
Toxicity and Racist Behavior is NOT tolerated on this server. Anyone exhibiting these character traits will be banned immediately. Friends and Alliances may be at risk of bans as well. Choose your friends wisely!
Public signs and paintings must be appropriate and adhere to our rule set. Private Signs/Paintings inside your base are free reign. As long as others cannot view/see your signs, you can paint what you like.
No player is to discriminate another player based on their race, religion, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, or political views. Please keep the peace and positive vibes.
Admins do NOT play! They build community structures, run events, and may do some PVE content, but will not engage in PVP or Raiding. We strive to be as active as possible and monitor the server logs daily to ensure the rules are followed. Admins will NOT use their own personal judgements when applying server rules. When requesting admin help, please be respectful and understanding of their time. Ask for admin help in global chat or in the #admin-support channel on our Discord server. Please keep help requests down to one sentence, it helps admins view them in global chat logs.
Each wipe the Admin team builds an open, shared refuge, similar to the Outpost or Bandit Camp. The Community Center offers a recycler, T1 (Pre-Raid Ban) to T2 (Post-Raid Ban) workbench, vending machines with “Fun/Unobtainable” items and other helpful deployables for players who are just starting out and may not yet have a base of their own. DO NOT build within 1 map tile of the Community Center. Doing so will result in your base’s removal. You will not be reimbursed.
